“Hotel is nice, service in the reception very nice. In the restaurant not all were nice, coming first time u would expect some sort of short intro, guidance, we received nothing, had to go back and ask specifically and also theb information flow was forced. And please was the curtains in the rooms, the have not seen a washing machine since they were hanged.”
“Nice and quiet rooms. The breakfast is great with fresh fruit, different kinds of yoghurt and even pancakes with applesauce, My only critical note is the rather small reception desk at the entrance handled by one person, who also has to handle people visiting the spa and answering phone calls. This easily results into queues. Paying upfront has no benefit, because they still have to print out the bill and wait in line. If you want to eat in Aalen. The city is a bit far for a walk.”
